摘要
核心素养培育是关乎学生个体发展的最关键、最重要、最不可缺的素养。目前,学生核心素养培育中存在缺乏完整而系统的顶层设计、教师队伍素质参差不齐、评价导向作用不强、资源整体不足与分布不均同时存在等问题。为此,需构建教育外部及内部支持体系。外部支持体系包括制定完善且有针对性的政策、整合多种形式的社会资源;内部支持体系包括:职前职后双向提升教师队伍素质,建立三级配合的课程体系,不断优化教材结构与内容,构建自主、合作、探究型的课堂教学,完善多方兼顾的评价体系等。
Cultivation of core competence is the most critical, important and indispensable competence for students’ individual development. At present, some problems arise in the cultivation of students’ core competence, such as lack of complete and systematic top-level design, uneven quality of teachers, weak evaluation guidance, insufficient resources and uneven distribution. Therefore, the external and internal support system of education should be constructed. The external support system includes formulating perfect and targeted policies and integrating various forms of social resources. The internal support system includes: pre-service and post-service improvement of the quality of teachers, establishment of three-level cooperative curriculum system, continuous optimization of textbook structure and content, construction of independent, cooperative and exploratory classroom teaching, and improvement of multi-consideration evaluation system.
