MRI联合CT在脑膜瘤诊断中的临床价值

Clinical value of MRI combined with CT in diagnosis of meningioma

目的探究MRI联合CT在脑膜瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法选取我院收诊的60例疑似脑膜瘤患者,患者均接受颅脑MRI检查和CT检查,以手术病理检查结果为金标准,比较MRI、CT检查和MRI、CT联合检查的诊断价值。结果手术病理检查结果显示,60例患者中,脑膜瘤43例,非脑膜瘤17例。MRI与CT联合检查的灵敏度、准确度均显著高于MRI检查与CT检查(P<0.05)。结论MRI联合CT检查在脑膜瘤诊断中具有较高的价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of MRI combined with CT in diagnosis of meningioma.Methods Sixty patients with suspected meningioma in our hospital were selected and examined by MRI and CT.The result of surgical and pathological examination was set as gold standard,and the diagnosis values of MRI,CT and MRI combined with CT were compared.Results The result of surgical pathology examination showed that there were 43 cases of meningioma and 17 cases of non-meningioma in 60 patients.The sensitivity and accuracy of combined examination of MRI and CT were significantly higher than those of MRI examination and CT examination(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI combined with CT examination has high value in the diagnosis of meningioma,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
