建湖地区0～6岁儿童反复呼吸道感染危险因素分析

Analysis of the risk factors of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children aged 0-6 years in Jianhu district

目的分析建湖地区0~6岁儿童反复呼吸道感染的危险因素,为临床研究及防治实践提供理论参考。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年5月收治的45例0~6岁反复呼吸道感染患儿作为病例组,另纳入同期在我院接受治疗的非反复呼吸道感染患儿45例作为对照组。比较两组患儿人口学资料、分娩生育情况、母亲情况、喂养方式、环境因素及挑食情况,采用Logistic多因素回归分析反复呼吸道感染的危险因素。结果两组的早产、母亲文化程度、母亲孕期健康状况、喂养方式、家人吸烟、年使用抗生素次数、家人过敏、户外活动时间及挑食情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic多因素回归分析显示,早产、母亲孕期健康状况、家人吸烟、年使用抗生素次数、家人过敏、户外活动时间、挑食为0~6岁儿童反复呼吸道感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论建湖地区0~6岁儿童反复呼吸道感染的影响因素较多,其中早产、母亲孕期健康状况、家人吸烟、年使用抗生素次数、家人过敏、户外活动时间、挑食等为高危因素,临床防治应从高危因素出发,积极采取有效的措施。

Objective To analyze the risk factors of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children aged 0-6 years in Jianhu district,and to provide theoretical reference for clinical research and prevention and treatment practice.Methods Forty-five children aged 0-6 years with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2019 were selected as case group,and another 45 children with non-recurrent respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The demographic data,delivery and fertility,mother situation,feeding patterns,environmental factors and picky eating were compared between the two groups.The risk factors of recurrent respiratory tract infection were analyzed by Logistic multivariate regression analysis.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in premature delivery,maternal education,maternal health during pregnancy,feeding patterns,family smoking,number of antibiotic use per year,family allergies,outdoor activity time and picky eating(P<0.05).The Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that premature delivery,maternal health during pregnancy,family smoking,number of antibiotic use per year,family allergies,outdoor activity time and picky eating were independent risk factors for recurrent respiratory tract infection in children aged 0-6 years(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting recurrent respiratory tract infection in children aged 0-6 years in Jianhu district,among which premature delivery,maternal health during pregnancy,family smoking,number of antibiotic use per year,family allergies,outdoor activity time and picky eating are high risk factors.Clinical prevention and treatment should start from high-risk factors and take effective measures actively.
