基于DDDs-VEN分析法的某妇产医院用药90%药品应用情况分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析某妇产医院的用药90%(DU90%)药品应用情况。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年12月某妇产医院门诊和住院患者使用的药品品种及销售数量等信息,对所用药品进行用药频度(DDDs)分析,确定DU90%药品并对其进行关键-基本-非基本药物(VEN)分析、DDDs-VEN矩阵分析。结果DU90%药品的品种数为49种,品种数累计构成比为9.94%,累计DDDs构成比为91.43%。V、E、N类药品品种数构成比为28.57%、46.94%、24.49%,累计DDDs构成比为45.99%、37.17%、16.84%。V类药品DDDs较高的主要是系统用抗感染药物、消化道及代谢用药、非性激素和胰岛素类的激素系统用药,E类药品DDDs较高的主要是皮肤病用药、生殖泌尿系统和性激素类药、中成药,N类药品主要集中在中成药、生殖泌尿系统和性激素类药、消化道及代谢用药。B/A>1.5的药品中,累计DDDs从高到底分别是V类、E类、N类;B/A为0.5~1.5的药品中,累计DDDs最高的是E类,最低的是N类;B/A<0.5的药品中,累计DDDs最高的是V类,其次是E类,最低的是N类。结论该妇产院DU90%药品用药趋势与疾病谱吻合,能优先选用V类和E类药品,用药具有较高的合理性。部分中成药、生殖泌尿系统和性激素类药属于N类药品,应对其用药进行监控。 Objective To analyze the application of drug utilization 90%(DU90%)drugs in a maternity hospital.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the varieties and sales quantity of drugs used by outpatients and inpatients in a maternity hospital from January 2016 to December 2017.Defined daily doses(DDDs)of drug use was analyzed,DU90%drugs were identified and vital-essential-necessary medicine(VEN)analysis and DDDs-VEN matrix analysis were performed.Results The number of varieties of DU90%drugs was 49,the cumulative proportion of number of varieties was 9.94%,and the cumulative proportions of DDDs was 91.43%.The proportion of number of drugs varieties of class V,E and N were 28.57%,46.94%and 24.49%,and the cumulative proportion of DDDs were 45.99%,37.17%and 16.84%.The higher DDDs drugs of class V were mainly systemic anti-infective drugs,digestive tract and metabolic drugs,non-sex hormones and insulin hormone systemic drugs.The higher DDDs drugs of class E were mainly dermatological drugs,genitourinary system and sex hormone drugs,Chinese patent drugs.The drugs of class N were mainly concentrated in Chinese patent drugs,genitourinary system and sex hormone drugs,digestive tract and metabolic drugs.Among the drugs with B/A>1.5,the cumulative DDDs were class V,E and N respectively from high to low;among the drugs with B/A was 0.5~1.5,the cumulative DDDs were class the highest in E class and the lowest in class N;among the drugs with B/A<0.5,the cumulative DDDs were the highest in class V,followed by class E and the lowest in class N.Conclusion The trend of drugs use of DU90%in this maternity hospital is consistent with the disease spectrum,and the drugs of class V and E can be selected preferentially,which has high rationality.Some Chinese patent drug,genitourinary system and sex hormone drugs belong to class N,and their medication should be monitored.
