柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合西药治疗失眠症的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Chaihu plus Longgu Muli decoction combined with western medicine on insomnia

目的分析柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合西药治疗失眠症的临床效果。方法将我院收治的40例失眠症患者随机分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20)。对照组采用西医治疗,观察组采用西医治疗+柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减。观察两组患者的临床疗效、睡眠质量评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的各项PSQI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合西药治疗失眠症,可以有效改善患者的睡眠质量,提高治疗效果,且不良反应较少。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Chaihu plus Longgu Muli decoction combined with western medicine on insomnia.Methods Forty patients with insomnia admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=20)and observation group(n=20).The control group was treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with western medicine+modified Chaihu plus Longgu Muli decoction.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality score and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores of both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaihu plus Longgu Muli decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of insomnia can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and the treatment effect,with less adverse reactions.
