三种去痂法在血液透析扣眼穿刺患者中的去痂效果

Removal scab effect of three kinds of removal scab methods in hemodialysis patients with buttonhole puncture

目的比较三种去痂法在血液透析扣眼穿刺患者中的去痂效果。方法选取于本院治疗的扣眼穿刺法维持性血液透析患者90例,将其随机分为A、B、C组,每组30例。A组采用生理盐水湿敷去痂法,B组采用酒精湿敷去痂法,C组采用即刻去痂法。比较三组去痂效果。结果A组患者去痂时间短于B、C组,疼痛评分低于B、C组(P<0.05);B组患者去痂时间短于C组,疼痛评分低于C组(P<0.05)。A组患者去痂难易程度优于B、C组,出血率低于B、C组(P<0.05);B组患者去痂难易程度优于C组,出血率低于C组(P<0.05)。结论扣眼穿刺法维持性血液透析患者建议采用生理盐水湿敷去痂法,去痂容易,可有效减轻患者疼痛,减少出血。

Objective To compare the removal scab effects of three removal scab methods in hemodialysis patients with buttonhole puncture.Methods Ninety patients with maintenance hemodialysis treated by buttonhole puncture in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into groups A,B and C,with 30 cases in each group.The group A was treated with saline wet dressing removal scab method,the group B with alcohol wet dressing removal scab method,and the group C with immediate removal scab method.The removal scab effect of three groups were compared.Results The removal scab time in the group A was shorter than that in the group B and C,and the pain score was lower than that in the group B and C(P<0.05);the scab removal time in the group B was shorter than that in the group C,and the pain score was lower than that in the group C(P<0.05).The degree of removal scab difficulty in the group A was better than that of the group B and C,and the bleeding rate was lower than that of the group B and C(P<0.05);the degree of removal scab difficulty in the group B was better than that in the group C,and the bleeding rate was lower than that in the group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Saline wet dressing removal scab method is recommended for maintenance hemodialysis patients with buttonhole puncture,which is easy to scab removal and can effectively relieve pain of patients and reduce bleeding.
