舒适细节护理在手术室护理中的应用效果及对患者预后的影响

Application effect of comfortable detailed nursing in operating room nursing and its effect on prognosis of patients

目的研究舒适细节护理在手术室护理中的应用及对患者预后的影响。方法选取我院2017年7月至2018年6月收治的104例手术治疗患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组患者给予手术室常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行舒适细节护理。比较两组患者护理前、后的心理状态、术后的疼痛程度、手术室护理质量、术后应激指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组患者的SAS评分低于对照组与护理前,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的手术室管理、消毒隔离、手术室护理文件评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的术后心率、收缩压、舒张压、皮质醇水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率为5.77%,明显低于对照组患者的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论舒适细节护理可有效提高手术室护理质量,改善患者的负面情绪及手术应激情况,促进术后恢复,缓解疼痛,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of comfortable detailed nursing in operating room nursing and its effect on prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 104 patients with surgical treatment admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with 52 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given operating room routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given comfortable detailed nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological status before and after nursing,the degree of pain aftert surgery,the quality of operating room nursing,postoperative stress indicators and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the score of SAS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and before nursing,and the score of VAS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of operating room management,disinfection and isolation,operating room nursing documents and total score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and cortisol levels after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.77%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable detailed nursing can effectively improve the quality of operating room nursing,patients'negative emotions and surgical stress,promote postoperative recovery,and it can alleviate pain and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
