品管圈活动在提高剖宫产术后新生儿早接触、早吸吮成功率中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle activities in improving success rate of early contact and sucking of newborns after cesarean section

目的应用品管圈管理方法提高剖宫产术后新生儿早接触、早吸吮成功率。方法选择2017年2月7日至2017年3月30日收治的54例剖宫产术后新生儿为品管圈活动实施前组,另选择2017年12月1日至2018年1月29日收治的46例剖宫产术后新生儿作为品管圈活动实施后组。在2017年4月至2017年11月应用品管圈的管理方法,对剖宫产术后新生儿早接触、早吸吮进行现状调查并分析原因、制定对策,采用PDCA循环进行持续质量改进。比较活动实施前、后的有形成果与无形成果。结果实施后组早接触、早吸吮成功率为84.78%,目标达成率121.78%,进步率140.92%。实施后组成功率显著高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。品管圈活动使圈员的品管手法、责任荣誉、沟通能力、团队精神、责任心都大大提高。结论开展品管圈活动能保证护理质量的持续改进,值得推广应用。

Objective To improve the success rate of early contact and sucking of newborns after cesarean section by applying quality control circle management method.Methods Fifty-four cases of newborns after cesarean section from February 7,2017 to March 30,2017 were selected as pre-implementation group,and 46 cases of newborns after cesarean section from December 1,2017 to January 29,2018 were selected as post-implementation group.From April 2017 to November 2017,quality control circle was applied to investigate the status of early contact and sucking of newborns after cesarean section,analyze the causes and formulate countermeasures,and PDCA cycle was adopted for continuous quality improvement.The formative and intangible results before and after the implementation of quality control circle activities were compared.Results In post-implementation group,the success rate of early contact and sucking was 84.78%,the target achievement rate was 121.78%,and the progress rate was 140.92%.The success rate of the post-implementation group was significantly higher than that in the pre-implementation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Quality control circle activities have greatly improved the circle members'quality control skills,responsibility and honor,communication skills,team spirit and sense of responsibility.Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activities can ensure the continuous improvement of nursing quality,which is worth promoting and applying.
