滋肾育胎丸配合针刺治疗小卵泡排卵的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zishen Yutai Pill Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Small Follicle Ovulation

目的:探讨滋肾育胎丸配合针刺治疗肾气虚证小卵泡排卵的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的87例患者随机分为滋肾育胎丸加针刺治疗组(A组)30例,滋肾育胎丸对照组(B组)27例,和枸橼酸氯米芬对照组(C组)30例。连续治疗3个月经周期后,检测3组治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E 2)等激素水平变化,比较3组治疗前后中医症状评分情况,并对3组排卵率、妊娠率、临床疗效进行观察,并进行相关数据统计学分析。结果:治疗后,A组排卵率为53.3%(16/30),B组为33.3%(9/27),C组为66.7%(20/30),A组排卵率与B组和C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组妊娠率高于B组及C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组妊娠率与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组血清FSH水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),LH、E 2水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且A组FSH、LH、E 2改善水平优于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,A组与B组中医症状评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),且A组优于B组及C组(P<0.05),C组治疗前后中医症状评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,A组临床疗效优于B组及C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组疗效与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:滋肾育胎丸配合针刺治疗对小卵泡排卵患者具有较好的疗效,可改善患者血清激素水平,提高患者成熟卵泡排卵率和妊娠率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with acupuncture on small follicles ovulation of Kidney-deficiency.Methods:87 patients were randomly divided into group A(Zishen Yutai Pill+Acupuncture),group B(Zishen Yutai Pill)and group C(Clomifene Citrate).The level changes of FSH,LH and E 2 were observed after three cycles of menstruation.Also,the scores of TCM symptoms before and after the treatment,the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and clinical efficacy were observed and compared among the three groups.Results:After the treatment,the ovulation rate was 53.3%(16/30)in group A,it was 33.3%(9/27)in group B and 66.7%(20/30)in group C.The ovulation rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C(P<0.05);however,there was no statistical difference in the pregnancy rate between group B and group C(P>0.05).The serum level of FSH was decreased(P<0.05),and the serum levels of LH and E 2 were increased(P<0.05)in group A after the treatment;of which the improvements in group A were superior to group B and group C(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms were significantly lowered in group A and group B after the treatment than those before the treatment(P<0.01),of which the improvements in group A were better than group B and group C(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the scores of TCM symptoms in group C before and after the treatment(P>0.05).The clinical effect of group A was significantly better than that of group B and group C(P<0.05);of which there was no statistical difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zishen Yutai Pill combined with acupuncture has a good effect on small follicle ovulation.It can improve the level of serum hormones and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the patients.
