精浊汤治疗湿热蕴结型前列腺炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Jingzhuo Decoction in Treating Prostatitis of Accumulated Damp-Heat

目的:观察精浊汤在临床治疗湿热蕴结型前列腺炎的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的湿热蕴结型前列腺炎患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予精浊汤和盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊联合治疗;对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗,30天为1个疗程。观察患者症状减缓程度并判定临床疗效,比较治疗前后的中医症候积分及前列腺液白细胞数量。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率96.7%(29/30)与对照组总有效率80.0%(24/30)比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的中医症候积分和前列腺液白细胞数量与治疗前比较,均得到改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精浊汤治疗湿热蕴结型前列腺炎效果确切,与抗生素联合用药可有效改善湿热蕴结型前列腺患者临床症状和病情,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jingzhuo Decoction in treating prostatitis of accumulated damp-heat.Methods:60 cases which met the inclusion criteria were radnomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Capsule;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Jingzhuo Decoction.30 days were taken as one course of treatment.The efficacy of Jingzhuo Decoction treating prostatitis of accumulated damp-heat was evaluated by symptomatic relief,TCM symptom integral and leukocytes of prostatic fluid.Results:The total efficiency of the treatment group was 96.7%(29/30),which was significantly higher than 80.0%(24/30)of the control group(P<0.05).TCM symptom integral and leukocytes of prostatic fluid were greatly improved after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jingzhuo Decoction is effective in treating prostatitis of accumulated damp-heat,when combined with antibiotic it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and conditions of the patients.The therapy is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
