骨骼肌结构与损伤修复机制研究

Research on Skeletal Muscle Structure and Repairing Mechanism of Injury

骨骼肌是主要的运动器官,其功能制约着运动能力。而骨骼肌发生损伤会对运动能力造成一定的影响,因此骨骼肌损伤修复的研究已成为运动医学的研究热点。本文通过文献资料法,对骨骼肌的结构和骨骼肌损伤修复两方面的内容进行研究。研究发现,损伤后的骨骼肌结构发生了改变,从不同角度和层面对骨骼肌损伤修复进行阐述。通过深入认识骨骼肌损伤修复的分子机制,有助于采取合理的修复手段,为提高运动员的运动能力提供参考。

Skeletal muscle is the main motor organ,so the function of skeletal muscle restricts the athletic ability.The injury of skeletal muscle will have a certain impact on athletic ability,so the research on the repair mechanism of skeletal muscle injury has become a hot topic in sports medicine.In this paper,the structure of skeletal muscleand the mechanism of skeletal muscle injury in recent years are reviewed by literature.The results show that the structure of skeletal muscle has changed after injury.The repair of skeletal muscle injury can be elaborated from different levels.By deeply understanding the molecular mechanism of skeletal muscle injury repair,it is helpful to adopt reasonable repair methods,and it can provide reference for improving athletic ability.
