辽宁省高校体育文化建设现状与对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Sports Cultural Construction of Colleges and Universities in Liaoning Province

本研究立足于辽宁省地方高校,采用文献资料、调查、数理统计等研究方法,对辽宁省高校体育文化进行了全面的调研。归纳总结了高校体育文化的特点及功能,利用实际调研结果得出高校体育文化建设的现状,包括日趋衰退的体育文化精神、严重滞后的制度建设、对校园体育文化认知的缺失、高校体育文化管理机制不够完善等。并提出了相应的解决对策,主要包括:建立健全高校体育文化体系、加强高校体育文化制度建设、指导大学生树立正确的体育价值观、强化体育教师队伍建设,举办各类体育文化活动等,旨在为今后辽宁省高校体育文化建设提供制度保障以及理论支撑。

This study,which is based on the local colleges and universities in Liaoning province,make a comprehensive investigation and survey on the local sports culture by methods of literature,investigation and mathematical statistics.This paper summarizes the characteristics and functions of colleges and universities sports culture and obtains the current situation of their sports culture construction based on the actual survey results including the declining spirit of sports culture,serious stagnancy in system construction,the lack of cognizant the school sports culture and imperfect management system of college sports culture.The paper has also provided corresponding solve policies,mainly including:establishing and improving the system of sports culture in the colleges and universities,to strengthen the construction of sports culture system,guiding college students to set up correct sports value,to strengthen the development of continents of PE teachers and holding different kinds of sports activities.This paper is aimed at providing the institutional guarantee and theoretical support for the future construction of sports culture of colleges and universities in Liaoning province.
