德国青少年足球后备人才培养体制及启示

Research and Enlightenment on the Training System of Germany Youth Football Reserve Talents

为提高青少年足球运动水平,寻找适合我国国情的青少年足球后备人才培养体制,采用文献资料等研究方法,从文化理念、选拔、培养、竞赛体系和教练员体制等方面对德国青少年足球后备人才培养体制进行了研究,总结其成功经验,为我国青少年足球未来发展提供参考意见。研究结果表明:德国青少年足球后备人才培养体制主要从文化理念、人才选拔制度、人才培养体制、竞赛体系和教练员体制着手,确保青少年足球培养的成功。我国青少年足球球员的培养应树立以青少年为本的足球理念、统筹资源举办培训班,提高足球教练员的专业能力、完善青少年足球竞赛体系和建立科学选拔人才机制,促进我国青少年足球事业的可持续发展。

In order to improve the level of juvenile football and find the reserve talent training system suitable for national conditions,by means of literature,this paper studies the training system of juvenile football reserve talents in Germany from the aspects of cultural concept,selection,training,competition system and coach system,summarizes the successful experience,to provide a reference for future development of China juvenile football.The results show that the cultivation system of juvenile football reserve talents in Germany mainly focuses on cultural concept,talent selection system,talent training system,competition system and coach system to ensure the success of juvenile football training.In order to promote the sustainable development of juvenile football in China,it is necessary to set up a youth-oriented football concept,organize training courses with overall resources,improve the professional ability of football coaches,improve the system of juvenile football competition and establish a scientific talent selection mechanism.
