Research on China’s Foreign Police Training on Energy Security in the Context of “The Belt and Road” Initiative

“一带一路”倡议是我国面对世界纷繁复杂的局势,发扬合作共赢的精神提出的具有重大历史意义的伟大倡议。在这一倡议指引下,沿线各国在能源安全领域开展国际警务合作,针对目前我国能源安全领域外警培训存在的理论基础薄弱、领导体制不统一等问题提出合理化建议,旨在使外警培训更好地服务于“一带一路”建设。

As a great strategy with great historical significance,“The Belt and Road”Initiative of China follows the win-win philosophy to face the complicated situation in the world.Under the guidance of this strategy,countries along“The Belt and Road”carry out international policing cooperation in the field of energy security.This article puts forwards some rational suggestions to solve such problems as weak theoretical basis of training foreign police officers on energy security and disunified leadership,in order to better serve the construction of“The Belt and Road”cooperation through police training.
