辐照血小板和非辐照血小板输注的短期疗效及不良反应比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的对比分析辐照血小板以及非辐照血小板输注的临床短期疗效以及不良反应情况。方法随机选取2015年12月-2018年12月在该院输注血小板的84例患者,分为实验组(42例,给予辐照血小板(经HK-II型医用血液辐照系统辐照)输注)和对照组(42例,给予非辐照血小板输注),对比两组患者输注血小板24 h临床疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者总输入65次,对照组患者总输入63次,实验组患者输注24 h有效率87.7%和对照组85.7%相比差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.073,P>0.05)。实验组患者出现输血后发热、过敏等不良反应发生率4.8%显著低于对照组16.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.521,P<0.05)。结论辐照血小板不会对血小板输注疗效造成很大影响,但可有效降低不良反应发生率,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。 Objective To compare the short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of irradiated platelets and non-irradi-ated platelet transfusions.Methods Eighty-four patients with platelet transfusion in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group(42 cases,irradiated with irradiated platelets(irradiated by HK-II medical blood irradiation system)and the control group(42 cases,given non-irradiated platelet transfusion),compared the two groups of patients with platelet transfusion 24 h clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total input of the experimental group was 65 times.The total number of patients in the control group was 63 times.The effective rate of infusion of 24 h in the experimental group was 87.7%compared with 85.7%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=0.073,P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as fever and allergy after transfusion in the experimental group was 4.8%significantly lower than that in the control group 16.7%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.521,P<0.05).Conclusion Irradiated platelets do not have a great effect on the efficacy of platelet transfusion,but can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse re-actions,which is worthy of widespread application in clinical practice.
