摘要
目的观察分析微创经皮钢板植入术治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月-2019年3月期间在该院就诊的60例四肢骨折患者按照随机双色球法分为实验组和对照组,对照组30例采用传统切开复位内固定术进行治疗,实验组30例采用微创经皮钢板植入术治疗,对比两组患者手术时间、住院时间、持续发热时间、骨折愈合时间、治疗优良率以及术后并发症发生率等情况。结果实验组患者手术时间、住院时间、持续发热时间、骨折愈合时间等指标均优于对照组(t=2.901、2.334、13.643、10.402,P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗优良29例,对照组患者治疗优良23例,实验组患者治疗优良率96.7%明显高于对照组76.7%(χ^2=9.464,P<0.05)。实验组出现钢板松动、血肿、泌尿系统感染、深静脉血栓等并发症发生率6.7%明显低于对照组26.7%(χ^2=9.464,P<0.05)。结论微创经皮钢板植入术治疗四肢骨折的临床效果良好,固定效果确切,也可降低术后并发症发生率,缩短患者住院时间,是一种效果好、安全性高的手术治疗方案。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate implantation for the treat-ment of limb fractures.Methods Sixty patients with limb fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were enrolled in the experimental group and the control group according to the random two-color ball method.The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation.Thirty patients were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate implantation.The operation time,hospitalization time,duration of fever,fracture healing time,excellent rate of treatment,and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,duration of fever and fracture healing time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(t=2.901,2.334,13.643,10.402,P<0.05).The experimental group was excellent in 29 cases,and the control group was excellent in 23 cases.The excellent rate of treatment in the experi-mental group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 76.7%(χ^2=9.464,P<0.05).In the experimental group,the incidence of complications such as loosening of the steel plate,hematoma,urinary tract infec-tion,and deep vein thrombosis was 6.7%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group by 26.7%(χ^2=9.464,P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive percutaneous plate implantation for the treatment of limb fractures has a good clinical effect,and the fixation effect is accurate.It can also reduce the incidence of postoperative compli-cations and shorten the hospitalization time.It is a good and safe surgical treatment.
