超声雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿大叶肺炎的临床疗效分析

摘要 目的分析超声雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿大叶肺炎的临床疗效。方法研究时段:2017年10月-2018年10月,研究对象:91例该院在以上时段内收治的小儿大叶肺炎患儿,回顾病例资料,根据分组依据(不同的治疗措施)将90例患儿分为对照组、试验组。对照组45例患儿用常规治疗,基于此,试验组46例患儿增加超声雾化吸入辅助治疗,对比2种治疗方案对临床体征与症状消失时间,症状评分、住院时间、临床治疗总有效率。结果试验组喘息(5.55±2.67)d、发热(2.87±0.85)d、咳嗽(5.97±2.18)d、肺部体征消失时间(9.55±1.54)d、住院时间(12.11±3.47)d短于对照组(7.39±2.28)d、(4.29±2.07)d、(9.68±1.67)d、(12.01±2.75)d、(16.10±3.37)d,差异有统计学意义(t=3.532、4.297、9.099、5.280、5.563,P=0.001、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000);试验组喘息评分(0.90±0.13)分、发热(0.84±0.23)分、咳嗽(0.40±0.25)分低于对照组(1.24±0.41)分、(1.25±0.20)分、(1.38±0.44)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.361、9.123、13.134,P=0.000、0.000、0.000);试验组临床治疗总有效率97.83%高于对照组84.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.080,P=0.024)。结论超声雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿大叶肺炎,既可缓解临床症状与体征,还可提高治疗总有效率,值得临床应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic atomized inhalation in the treatment of children with large lobar pneumonia.Methods Study period:October 2017 to October 2018,study subjects:91 children with pediatric large leaf pneumonia admitted to the hospital during the above period,review case data,according to group basis(different treatment measures)90 children were divided into the control group and the experimental group.In the control group,45 patients were treated with conventional therapy.Based on this,46 patients in the experimental group were treated with ultrasound nebulization and inhalation adjuvant therapy.The clinical treatment signs and symptoms disappeared,the symptom score,hospitalization time,and clinical treatment effectiveness were compared between the two treatment regimens.Results The experimental group had wheezing(5.55±2.67)d,fever(2.87±0.85)d,cough(5.97±2.18)d,lung sign disappearance time(9.55±1.54)d,hospitalization time(12.11±3.47)d shorter than the control group(7.39±2.28)d,(4.29±2.07)d,(9.68±1.67)d,(12.01±2.75)d,(16.10±3.37)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.532,4.297,9.009,5.280,5.563,P=0.001,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000);the test group wheezing score(0.90±0.13)points,fever(0.84±0.23)points,cough(0.40±0.25)points low In the control group(1.24±0.41)points,(1.25±0.20)points,(1.38±0.44)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.361,9.123,13.134,P=0.000,0.000,0.000);The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 97.83%higher than that of the control group(84.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.080,P=0.024).Conclusion Ultrasonic nebulization and inhalation for the treatment of children with large lobar pneumonia can not only relieve clinical symptoms and signs,but also improve the total effective rate of treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
