全程健康教育护理模式在糖尿病护理中的应用

Application of Full-course Health Education Nursing Mode in Diabetes Care

目的分析糖尿病护理中全程健康护理模式的应用效果。方法随机将该院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的180例糖尿病患者分为两组,将采用常规护理方式干预的患者归为对照组(n=90),采用全程健康教育护理方式的患者归为观察组(n=90),对比两组护理满意度情况、血糖控制效果。结果观察组患者血糖控制总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的84.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.860,P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.099,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病护理中全程健康护理模式的应用效果显著,利于实现对患者血糖水平的有效控制,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the whole-course health care model in diabetes care.Meth-ods A total of 180 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients who were treated with routine nursing intervention were assigned to the control group(n=90),and the whole course of health education was adopted.The patients were classified as observation group(n=90),and the nursing satisfaction and blood glucose control effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of blood glucose control in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(84.44%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.860,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that of the control group 82.22%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.099,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the whole-course health care model in diabetes care has a significant effect,which is conducive to effective control of blood glucose levels and improvement of nursing satisfaction.
