护理干预对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能的影响评价研究

Evaluation of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life and Social Function of Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

目的分析护理干预对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能的影响。方法该次研究的对象为100例慢性精神分裂症患者,从2017年3月-2018年11月期间,来该院就诊的精神分裂症患者中选取,100名患者按照一定要求选出,并将患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组在日常护理中,加入采用护理干预的方式。半年以后,以精神分裂症患者的SSPI、SQLS等数据为主要参考,对两组评分进行研究。结果分析SSPI评分的平均值,干预组评分为(26.42±0.4)分,对照组评分为(21.65±0.6)分(社会功能越差,分数越低),经计算,干预组和对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以普通护理为基础,采用具体问题具体分析的方式,对每一名患者制定特殊的护理措施,可以明显提高慢性精神分裂症患者的生活质量和社会功能,对改善其生活质量具有重要的意义。

Objective To analyze the effects of nursing intervention on quality of life and social function in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods The study included 100 patients with chronic schizophrenia who were selected from schizophrenia patients who came to the hospital from March 2017 to November 2018.100 patients were selected according to certain requirements and will be selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group and interven-tion group,with 50 in each group.The control group received routine care,and the intervention group was enrolled in the daily care by means of nursing intervention.Six months later,the SSPI and SQLS data of schizophrenia patients were used as the main reference,and the scores of the two groups were studied.Results The analysis mean of the SSPI scores was(26.42±0.4)points in the intervention group and(21.65±0.6)points in the control group(the worse the so-cial function,the lower the score).After calculation,there was a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Based on general nursing,specific nursing measures for each patient can be used to improve the quality of life and social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia.It is of great significance to improve their quality of life.
