摘要 环境PM 2.5对人群健康的影响引起全球密切关注。慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)严重威胁人类的健康。文章就近年来环境PM 2.5与COPD的相关流行病学研究、环境PM 2.5引起COPD的致病机制研究作一综述,以期为COPD的临床治疗以及人群预防提供科学参考。 The impact of ambient PM 2.5 on human health has become a global concern.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is one of the most threatening diseases to human health.The paper presents a review on the related studies on the epidemiology of COPD and the pathogenic mechanism of COPD induced by exposure to PM 2.5 in an attempt to obtain scientific knowledge to inform practitioners of clinical treatment and prevention of COPD.
