摘要 制备了一种新型的高强高韧Al-Zn铸造铝合金,考察分析了铸造铝合金的组织、强度与表面硬度。结果表明:新型高强高韧铸造铝合金具有强度高、韧性好、硬度高、耐高温、制备成本低等优点,不需进行任何热处理,合金铸态时抗拉强度375MPa、屈服强度300MPa、延伸率6.0%以上。在室温自然时效72h后,合金的硬度为132HB或90HBa;在经320℃/30min加热处理后,合金硬度略微下降至85HBa或120HB左右,有着良好的高温性能,适用于铸造铝合金鞋模等模具和机械受力结构件的生产制造。 A new kind of Al-Zn alloy with high strength and toughness was prepared,the microstructure,strength and surface hardness of cast aluminum alloy were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that the new type of high strength and high toughness cast aluminum alloy has The advantages of high strength,good toughness,high hardness,high temperature resistance and low preparation cost.the Tensile strength of the as-cast alloy is 375MPa,yield strength 300MPa and elongation rate is more than 6.0%without any heat treatment.The hardness of the alloy is 132HB or 90HBa after 72h of natural aging at room temperature.The hardness of the alloy decreased slightly to about 85Hba or 120HB after being heated at 320℃/30min.The alloy has a good high temperature performance,suitable for producing and manufacturing the casting aluminum alloy shoe mold and mechanical stress structure.
