胃癌中细丝蛋白A和微淋巴管密度的关系及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究胃癌组织中细丝蛋白A(filamin A,FLNa)和微淋巴管密度(lymphatic microvessel density,LMVD)间的相关性。方法选取河北大学附属医院2016年6—12月收治的51例胃癌患者的手术切除组织标本,使用D2-40特异性染色标记组织中的微淋巴管,应用免疫组化法检测胃癌组织及正常胃组织中FLNa蛋白和D2-40的表达情况,分析FLNa蛋白和LMVD之间关系、对患者临床参数的影响。结果FLNa蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率低于正常胃组织;癌组织中FLNa蛋白阳性表达组的LMVD值低于阴性表达组;但癌组织中的LMVD高于正常组织。FLNa蛋白表达程度及LMVD与癌灶的胃壁受侵深浅、胃周淋巴结转移数量密切相关。结论FLNa的表达水平和微淋巴管密度与胃癌的形成发展密切相关,其机制可能为FLNa通过抑制胃肿瘤组织中微淋巴管生长,最终阻遏肿瘤细胞经淋巴管扩散。
