改良Nutric评分在重症患者中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价改良Nutric(mNutric)评分在重症患者中的应用,讨论与死亡率、营养不良率、机械通气时间及重症监护室住院时间的关系。方法选取2018年1-12月江苏省江阴市人民医院重症监护室患者521例,根据mNutric评分分为营养低风险组249例及高风险组272例,统计不同营养风险组营养不良率,并分析不同营养状态对mNutric评分高风险及低风险患者机械通气、重症监护室住院时间、死亡率的影响。结果mNutric低风险组28d死亡率、重症监护室住院时间、机械通气时间均明显低于高风险组,低风险组中未达标组时间及重症监护室住院时间高于达标组,两组间28d死亡率差异无显著性(P>0.05),高风险组中未达标组时间及重症监护室住院时间、28d死亡率均高于达标组。结论mNutric评分易于获得,可以预测重症患者的死亡率及营养风险。
