摘要
以南瓜皮为原料,采用微波辅助技术提取南瓜皮粉中的叶黄素。在单因素的基础上,运用响应面法优化实验。结果表明,微波辅助提取叶黄素的最佳工艺为有机萃取剂为无水乙醇、液固比为38.6∶1.0、微波功率为286 W、微波时间为25.6 min,在此条件下叶黄素的提取率为0.021 5%。
The lutein from pumpkin peel powder was extracted by microwave-assisted technique.On the basis of single factor,the response surface method is used to optimize the experiment.The results showed that the optimum conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of lutein were as follows:the organic extractant was ethanol,the ratio of liquid to solid was 38.6∶1,the microwave power was 286 W,the microwave time was 25.6 min,and the extraction rate of lutein was 0.021 5%.
