摘要
山西潞安高硫煤清洁利用油化电热一体化示范项目热电装置,由4×410 t/h高压煤粉锅炉+1×B15高背压汽轮发电机组+2×C25次高压抽汽式余热汽轮发电机组+2×C25中压饱和余热汽轮发电机组组成。正常工况下高压煤粉锅炉产高压蒸汽[9.8 MPa(g)、535℃、522 t/h]提供给空分装置,每台高压煤粉锅炉产蒸汽汇入到母管后再分成二根管线送到空分装置。在每台锅炉出口设置蒸汽指标在线监测设备,但在总管处未设置蒸汽指标在线检测设备,导致无法实时监控蒸汽品质。需在供给空分装置的两根总管上增加蒸汽品质取样与分析装置,检测内容包括蒸汽中的SiO 2及电导率。每根蒸汽管线上需增加一套SiO 2分析仪,1套电导率分析仪,2根蒸汽管线,共需增设2套SiO 2分析仪,2套电导率分析仪。
The thermoelectric device of the demonstration project of clean utilization of high sulphur coal in Lu’an is composed of 4×410 t/h high pressure pulverized coal boiler+1×B15 high back pressure turbogenerator unit,12×C25 high pressure extraction type waste heat turbogenerator unit and 12×C25 medium pressure saturated waste heat turbogenerator unit.Under normal working conditions,the high-pressure steam(9.8 MPa(g),535℃,522 t/h)produced by the high-pressure pulverized coal boiler is provided to the air separation unit.The steam produced by each high-pressure pulverized coal boiler is collected into the main pipe and then divided into two pipelines and sent to the air separation unit.On-line monitoring equipment for steam index is set up at the outlet of each boiler,but there is no on-line monitoring equipment for steam index at the main pipe,which makes it impossible to monitor steam quality in real time.Sampling and analysis signals of steam quality should be added to the two main pipes of the air separation unit,including SiO 2 in the steam and conductivity.A set of SiO 2 analyzer,a set of conductivity analyzer and two steam pipelines should be added to each steam pipeline.Two sets of SiO 2 analyzer and two sets of conductivity analyzer should be added to each steam pipeline.
