摘要
针对洗煤厂的污水特性展开研究,为了进一步降低成本,节约能源,增加洗煤厂的洗煤效率,研发了高效的设备,可以让洗煤的废水满足日常所需要,其次利用可编程控制器进行控制,对过滤去进行自动化工作,使得污水处理后可以重复利用。对洗煤厂的生产,以及生活用水的水质方面展开研究,实现污水的零排放可行性研究及设计,说明洗煤工业的零排放在未来有实现的可能。
In view of the characteristics of wastewater from coal washery,in order to further reduce costs,save energy and increase the efficiency of coal washery,efficient equipment has been developed,which can make the wastewater from coal washery meet the daily needs.Secondly,the programmable controller is used to control the filtration and automate the work so that the wastewater can be reused after sewage treatment.The feasibility study and design of zero discharge of sewage are carried out in the production of coal washery and water quality of domestic water.It shows that zero discharge of coal washery industry is also possible in the future and has made a contribution to environmental protection.
