Research on the Operational Model of Integrated Energy Service Providers With Multi-energy Interconnection in Smart City

智慧城市是开展多能源系统综合利用最优的实践载体,围绕智慧城市开展多能源互联的综合利用已成为综合能源服务商抢夺终端用户的主要竞争手段。对智慧城市多能源互联下综合能源服务商运营模式展开研究,分析智慧城市多能源互联运营之间的互联方式,界定综合能源服务的目标客户、业务范围、实施主体,在国内综合能源服务商经验的基础上,提出智慧城市多能源互联运营下综合能源服务商的投资模式、服务策略、盈利策略和发展策略。

Intelligent city is the best experimental platform for the comprehensive utilization of multi-energy system.The comprehensive utilization of multi-energy interconnection around intelligent city has become the main competitive means for integrated energy service providers to seize the end users.In this paper,the operation mode of integrated energy service providers is studied under the multi-energy interconnection of smart cities.Firstly,the interconnection modes of multi-energy interconnection operation in smart cities are studied and analyzed.Secondly,the target customers,business scope,implementation subjects and successful experiences of domestic integrated energy service providers are defined.On this basis,the investment mode,service strategy,business strategy,profit strategy and development strategy of integrated energy service providers are proposed under the multi-energy interconnection operation of smart cities.
