电厂湿烟羽消白烟气参数计算

摘要 采用湿法脱硫的电厂,脱硫系统出口烟气温度低且含水量大,未经处理直接排向大气会引起电厂周边环境污染问题。对烟气进行加热,或冷凝回收烟气中一部分水蒸汽是解决此问题的有效方法。给出了电厂湿烟羽“消白”过程中烟气参数计算方法,一台350 MW超临界压力发电机组的计算表明:水蒸汽凝结时释放的潜热是冷凝过程主要热量来源;冷凝烟气中水蒸汽的“消白”方案投资较大,运行成本较高;采用辅助加热器对烟气进一步升温,将烟囱入口烟气温度提高到75℃,是一种较好的烟气“消白”方法。 For power plants with wet desulfurization,the outlet flue gas temperature of desulfurization system is low and the moisture content is high.Directly discharging the flue gas into the atmosphere without treatment will cause environmental pollution around the power plant.Heating the flue gas or condensing and recovering a part of water vapor in the flue gas is an effective method to solve this problem.The calculation method of flue gas parameters in wet plume elimination process of wet flue gas in power plants is presented in this paper.The results obtained from practical case for a 350 MW supercritical pressure generator unit shows that the latent heat released during the condensation of water vapor is the main heat source.The wet plume elimination scheme of flue gas condensing has large investment and high operation cost.The auxiliary heater is used to further heat up the flue gas and raise the flue gas temperature at the chimney inlet to 75℃,which is a better wet plume elimination scheme of flue gas.
