摘要 冰区海上风电场抗冰结构的设计与分析是海上风电产业发展亟待解决的关键问题。依托渤海冰区某拟建海上风电场,根据工程海域冰情条件设计了适用于该场区海上风机超大直径单桩基础的抗冰结构,并采用三维有限元法从静冰力角度计算分析了不同水位、有无加装抗冰结构工况下风机基础的应力变形规律。结果表明,海上风机抗冰单桩基础的最大等效应力和极值静位移较普通单桩基础均大幅降低,说明抗冰风机基础平台的设计是合理有效的,证明了三维有限元法在冰区海上风电工程应用中的可行性。计算成果可为同类海上风电场的设计提供参考。 The design and analysis of anti-ice structure in icing area is a key problem to be solved in the development of offshore wind power industry.Based on a proposed offshore wind farm in the Bohai icing region,an anti-ice structure for offshore wind turbines with super large diameter single pile foundation is designed according to ice conditions in the planned sea area.The stress and deformation laws of different water level and whether the fan foundation is loaded with anti-ice structure are analyzed through three-dimensional finite element method from the aspect of static ice force.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress and extreme static displacement of the anti-ice single pile foundation are significantly reduced than that of the ordinary single pile foundation.It shows that the design of anti-ice structure is reasonable and effective.The results also proves the feasibility of three-dimensional finite element method in the application of offshore wind power engineering in icing area.The calculation results can provide a reference for the design of similar offshore wind farms.
