摘要 随着三维激光扫描技术的发展,通过采用三维激光扫描实现煤场煤堆情况的实时扫描、数据采集、图形建模等功能是可行的。通过利用煤场三维扫描数据结合高级编程语言算法对斗堆取料机自动化PLC控制系统进行改进,使得圆形料场堆取料机在堆料及取料过程中,可以完全摆脱人工操作所带来的各种弊端,实现完全的自动堆料、取料过程。 With the development of three dimensional laser scanning technology,it is feasible to relize the real-time scanning,data acquisition,graph modeling and other fuctions of coal heap situation in coal yard by using the three dimensional laser scanning.The automatic PLC control system of bucket stacker-reclaimer is improved by using three-dimensional scanning data of coal yard and advanced programming language algorithm.In the process of stacking and reclaiming,circular yard stacker-reclaimer can completely get rid of all kinds of shortcomings brought by manual operation and realize the complete automatic stacking and reclaiming process.We introduce the application of three-dimensional scanning data in the realization of automatic stacking and reclaiming algorithm in circular coal yard of Huaneng Laiwu Power Plant.
