摘要
伴随着学生价值取向及行为方式的多样性及多变性发展,高校辅导员转变传统工作模式已经成为必然。这也为社会工作嵌入辅导员的工作提供了发展良机。在社会工作视域下,笔者针对高校辅导员在角色定位、工作理念、技巧及职称评定等层面出现的问题,提出相关的对策建议,能够有效弥补高校辅导员传统工作模式的缺失,同时能够推动高校辅导员实现“社工化”的创新性转变。
With the diversity and variability of students’value orientation and behavior,it is inevitable that college counselors change their traditional work patterns.This also provides a good opportunity for social work to embed counselors.In the field of social work,the author puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the problems that the college counselors have in terms of role orientation,work concept,skills and job title evaluation,which can effectively make up for the lack of traditional work mode of college counselors and promote college counselors to achieve an innovative transformation of“socialization”.
