摘要
互联网+银行使柜台效率日益提高,柜员培养滞后于银行业发展的需求。《财会金融基本技能训练》课程的建设水平和教学质量亟需提升。课程建设方面寻求以微课为核心的“课程资源库+新形态教材”的课程建设,教学质量方面探索以学生为中心的“省级在线课程+传统线下课堂”教学模式。作为课程建设和信息化教学之典范应用多年,在标志性成果获取和校内外推广应用方面取得一定成绩。
The Internet+bank has made the counter more efficient,and the cultivation of the tellers lags behind the development of the banking industry.The construction level and teaching quality of the“Financial Finance Basic Skills Training”course need to be improved.In the course of curriculum construction,we seek the curriculum construction of“course resource library+new form teaching materials”with micro-course as the core,and explore the student-centered“provincial online course+traditional offline classroom”teaching mode.As a model application of curriculum construction and informatization teaching for many years,it has achieved certain achievements in the acquisition of landmark achievements and the promotion and application in and out of school.
