Research on the Construction of New Energy Vehicle Technology under the 1 + X Certificate System

1+X证书制度由国务院出台《国家职业教育改革实施方案》启动并试点,教育、财政、发改委、市场监管等部门也相应发文推动1+X证书制度的落实。为响应国家号召,并促进新能源汽车技术专业的深化改革,结合国内外汽车行业的研究现状,使用PDCA方法,提出结合1+X证书制度,由院校、车企、维修站共同确认汽车售后市场的典型工作任务,依据典型工作任务生成证书考核方案,并将典型工作任务分解为知识点,通过SOD法进行知识点的评价,从而形成重难点明确的新能源汽车技术专业体系。

The 1+X certificate system was initiated and piloted by the State Council to promulgate the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan.The Education,Finance,Development and Reform Commission,and market supervision departments also issued corresponding documents to promote the implementation of the 1+X certification system.In response to the national call and promote the deepening reform of the new energy vehicle technology major,this paper combines the research status of the domestic and international automotive industry,using the PDCA method,and proposes to combine the 1+X certificate system to confirm the car by the institutions,car companies and maintenance stations.On the basis of typical tasks generated certificate inspection scheme,and the typical task is decomposed into knowledge,through the method of SOD evaluation of knowledge points,thus forming a difficult point clear system of new energy automotive technology professional.
