如今互联网已从web1.0发展到web2.0,网络素养教育成为大学生思想政治教育的新领域。网络素养不仅涵盖网络技能素养,还包括网络法律和道德素养。网络素养提升的实质就是对人的思想政治教育的过程。思想政治教育是大学生网络素养培育的理论基础,同时大学生网络素养培育是思想政治教育的新领域。思想政治教育培育大学生网络素养,要强化大学生网络行为规范教育,建设课程思想政治教育协同育人体系,改进思政课程教学方法,提高思政工作者的网络素养。

Nowadays,the Internet has developed from web 1.0 to web 2.0,and network literacy education has become a new field of ideological and political education for college students.The connotation of network literacy not only covers the network skills literacy,but also includes the network law and moral literacy.The essence of improving network literacy is the process of ideological and political education.Ideological and political education is the theoretical basis for the cultivation of college students’network literacy.At the same time,the cultivation of college Students’network literacy is a new field of ideological and political education.To cultivate college students’network literacy,ideological and political education should strengthen the education of college students’network behavior norms,build a system of ideological and political education,improve the teaching methods of ideological and political courses,and improve the network literacy of ideological and political teaching staff.
