陈山红心杉心材材色表型变异研究

Study on phenotypic variation of heartwood color for Chenshan Red-heart Chinese fir clones

陈山红心杉是具有地方特色的杉木优良种源,研究其心材材色性状的变异对于选育材色优良的红心杉无性系具有重要的指导意义。本研究测定了陈山红心杉1代种子园部分无性系的木芯长、红心长、红心率(L^*值、a^*值和b^*值)及心材的材色性状,在此基础上进行各性状的变异分析和相关性分析。陈山红心杉无性系间L*值差异不显著,a^*值差异显著,b^*值差异极显著,L^*值和a^*与木芯长和红心长相关性不显著,L^*值与a^*和b^*呈极显著负相关,a^*值与b^*值呈极显著正相关。陈山红心杉心材材色具有很大的选择和改良潜力,具有选择材色优良无性系的可能。

Chenshan Red-heart Chinese fir is an excellent provenance of Cunninghamia lanceolata,and the study on the phenotypic variation of heartwood colour traits has important significance for the selection of clones with superior wood color.18 clones from the first generation seed orchard of Chenshan Red-heart Chinese fir were used as experimental materials.Clonal variation was observed in:stem diameters,heartwood lengths,heartwood percentages,L^*a^*b^*color parameters,and correlations between these traits were analyzed.The results of statistical analysis showed that L*had not significant differences and great significant variations were detected in a^*and b*among these clones.L^*and a^*were not correlated with stem diameters and heartwood lengths,L^*was significantly negatively correlated with a*and b^*,a^*was significantly correlated with b*in these clones.Heartwood color of Red-heart Chinese fir has great selection and improvement potential,it is possible to select the individuals with superior mood color.
