油茶不同授粉方式对其经济性状的影响

The effect of different pollination methods on the economic characters of Camellia oleifera

为了探明不同授粉方式对油茶经济性状的影响,研究对比了熊蜂授粉、人工授粉、自然授粉3种方式下油茶座果率、种仁含油率、油酸等指标情况。结果表明:熊蜂授粉区的油茶座果率、种仁含油率显著高于人工授粉区和自然授粉区,3种授粉方式的油酸、果皮厚、病果率差异并不显著,熊蜂授粉方式在结籽数和果实横径上的表现显著次于人工授粉,但总体上表现最优,具有成本低、果实发育良好、产量高、无污染等优势,因此熊蜂授粉方法可显著提高油茶经济效益,可做进一步推广研究。

To explore the effect of different pollination methods on the economic characters of Camellia oleifera,fruit setting rate,seed oil content and oleic acid under the three methods of bombus pollination,artificial pollination and natural pollination were compared.The results showed that the fruit setting rate and oil content in kernels of C.oleifera under bumbus pollination were significantly higher than artificial pollination and natural pollination.There was no significant difference in oleic acid thick peel and disease fruit rate under the three methods.The seed number and fruit transverse diameter of bumbus pollination was significantly lower than artificial pollination,but after all,the bumbus performance is the best.Bumbus pollination has the advantages of low cost,good fruit development and non-pollution.Therefore,bumbus pollination can significantly improve the economic benefits of C.oleifera,and this method can be further extended.
