稽留流产相关因素分析

Analysis of related factors of missed abortion

目的探讨稽留流产的病因。方法选取2018年4月~2019年1月就诊我科的稽留流产患者40例作为实验组,选取同期就诊我科要求终止妊娠的正常妊娠患者40例作为对照组。比较两组的绒毛染色体、生殖免疫系列、TORCH感染以及甲状腺功能情况。结果两组之间生殖免疫系列异常率差异有统计学意义。两组之间甲状腺功能异常率差异无统计学意义。两组TORCH感染率均为0。两组之间绒毛染色体异常率差异有统计学意义。结论绒毛染色体异常、生殖免疫系列异常与稽留流产的发病有关。本研究中稽留流产组及正常妊娠组中TORCH感染率均为0,可能与本研究例数较少有关,需要进一步研究。我们需要建立自己医院的妊娠妇女TSH参考值。

Objective To investigate the etiology of missed abortion.Methods A total of 40 patients with missed abortion admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the missed abortion group.Another of 40 normal pregnancy women was categorized into control group.The chorionic villus,reproductive immunity,TORCH infection and thyroid function were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in abnormal rates of reproductive immune series between the two groups.There were no statistically significant differences in abnormal rates of thyroid function between the two groups.The TORCH infection rate in the two groups was 0,and there were statistically significant differences in abnormal rates of villi chromosomes between the two groups.Conclusion The abnormalities of reproductive immunity and villus chromosome are related to the incidence of missed abortion.In this study,both the missed abortion group and the normal pregnancy group had a TORCH infection rate of 0,which may be related to the small number of cases in this study and needs further study.We need to establish our own hospital for pregnant women TSH reference values.
