妊娠期高血压疾病高危因素临床分析及干预措施探讨

Clinical Analysis of High Risk Factors of Hypertensive Disease in Pregnancy and Exploration of Intervention Measures

目的分析妊娠期高血压疾病高危因素,探讨干预措施。方法比较妊娠期高血压疾病患者(观察组)比较与产前检查健康孕产妇各60例(健康体检组)两组人群相关因素等方面的差异,并且进行系统分析。结果观察组年龄≥30岁55.00%、孕产次<2次93.33%、未产前检查23.33%、流产史83.33%、孕前超重或肥胖40.00%、低文化程度66.67%、孕期情绪不良41.67%、经济状况差30.00%、农村40.00%、高血压家族史21.67%高于健康体检组41.67%、83.33%、8.33%、51.67%、26.67%、40.00%、16.67%、13.33%、26.67%、8.33%(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析影响妊娠期高血压疾病的的独立相关因素:年龄≥30岁(OR=4.30,95%CI:1.09-19.27)、未定期产前检查(OR=3.86,95%CI:1.49-19.93)、不良情绪(OR=3.74,95%CI:0.87-20.14)、低文化程度(OR=3.07,95%CI:1.33-17.25)。结论引起妊娠期高血压疾病临床相关因素复杂,应加强妊娠期管理,实施相关的预防措施。

Objective To analyze the high risk factors of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and explore intervention measures.Methods To compare the differences of related factors between pregnancy-induced hypertension patients(PIH group)and 60 healthy pregnant and lying-in women(health examination group),and to make a systematic analysis.Results PIH group age over 30 years old 55.00%,the number of pregnancies and deliveries less than twice93.33%,no prenatal examination 23.33%,The history of abortion 83.33%.Pre-pregnancy overweight or obesity 40.00%.Low educational level 66.67%,bad mood pregnant women 41.67%,The poor economic situation 30.00%.Rural 40.00%.Family history of hypertension 21.67%were higher than that in health examination group 41.67%,83.33%,8.33%,51.67%,26.67%,40.00%,16.67%,13.33%,26.67%,8.33%(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent related factors affecting hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.Age≥30 years old(OR=4.30,95%CI:1.09-19.27).Unscheduled antenatal examination(OR=3.86,95%CI:1.49-19.93).Adverse emotion s(OR=3.74,95%CI:0.87-20.14).Low educational level(OR=3.07,95%CI:1.33-17.25).Conclusion The clinical related factors of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy are complex.We should strengthen the management of pregnancy and implement relevant preventive measures.
