包头医学院第二附属医院临床实习学生全流程管理

The whole process management of clinical interns in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College

目的:了解我院在全流程管理方面的情况。方法:通过手机微信群发到班级群推荐学生填写手机版调查问卷。结果:各年级学生对带教老师满意度95.3%,临床科室满意度94.1%,对临床教学过程满意度97.7%,对医院实习资源满意度93.2%,对教学管理工作满意度96.7%,培养方案与临床工作的关系满意度98.7%,临床实践机会满意度80.2%,实习对执业医师通过的作用88%,均大于80%。结论:通过加强临床教育教学管理,不断进行临床实践探索,可以确保我院的临床教育教学质量得到保证和提高。

Objective:To investigate the whole process management of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College. Methods: The questionnaire was delivered via WeChat group of each class and filled in by students with mobile phones. Results: According to the survey from students of each grade, the satisfaction with clinical teachers was 95.3%, the satisfaction with clinical departments 94.1 %, the satisfaction with clinical teaching process 97.7%, the satisfaction with hospital internship resources 93.2 %, the satisfaction with the teaching management work 96.7 %, the satisfaction with the relationship between professional talent training program and the clinical work 98.7%, the satisfaction with clinical practice frequency 80.2 %, and the satisfaction with the effect of clinical practice of medical practitioners on qualification of licensed doctors 88 %. The whole rate of satisfaction was more than 80%. Conclusion: The quality of clinical education and teaching in the hospital can be guaranteed and improved by strengthening clinical education and teaching management and exploring clinical practice.
