Research on Risks and Strategies of China-Europe Rail Service in the Context of “The Belt and Road” Initiative

随着“一带一路”倡议的纵深推进,国际中欧班列发展迅猛,为沿线国家创造了巨大的财富与商机。但由于沿线多个国家和地区地缘政治形势复杂、历史问题突出、宗教矛盾尖锐,国际中欧班列面临着恐怖袭击、货物被盗、移民偷越、毒品和枪支贩运等重大风险。因此,深入分析国际中欧班列面临的问题,寻求发展、优化路径及应对之策,对于加快推进“一带一路”倡议,最大限度地消除国际中欧班列面临的风险与非传统安全的现实威胁,推动构建人类命运共同体具有重要意义。

With the advancement of“The Belt and Road”Initiative(BRI),China-Europe rail service is booming,creating huge wealth and opportunities.However,due to the complicated political situation,history issues,religious conflicts in the countries and regions along the BRI,China-Europe rail service faces some major risks including terrorist attacks,cargo theft,illegal border crossing and trafficking in firearms and drugs.Therefore,an in-depth analysis of the problems faced by China-Europe rail service and the search for development and response are of great significance for accelerating“The Belt and Road”Initiative,minimizing the risks and non-traditional security threats faced by the China-Europe rail service,and promoting a community of shared future for mankind.
