运用英模事迹培育海警部队官兵战斗精神是做好新时代部队思想政治工作、提升部队文化软实力的重要方法。通过揭示英模事迹与培育海警部队官兵战斗精神二者之间的内在联系及分析运用英模事迹培育海警部队官兵战斗精神的现状,围绕健全英模事迹谱系、建好部队警史场馆、强化学习看齐实践、拓展数字培育阵地四个方面提出加强英模事迹培育、增强海警部队官兵战斗精神的有效方略。

The use of heroic deeds to cultivate the fighting spirit of the marine police force is an important method to carry out the ideological education and political work and enhance the cultural soft power of the military in the new era.On the basis of the study of the heroic deeds of models and the cultivation of the fighting spirit of the marine police force,this paper reveals the inner relationship between the two,which complement each other and promote each other,then analyzes the current situation of marine police force using the heroic deeds to cultivate the fighting spirit,and points out the current problems of the military using heroic deeds to cultivate the combat spirit of the marine police force,such as few educational activities,single-moded form and poorly targeted content.Targeted strategies,such as improving the heroic deeds archive,establishing a heroic deeds museum,strengthening learning and practice,and expanding digital data are put forward to strengthen the cultivation of the heroic deeds and enhance the fighting spirit.
