右美托咪定对麻醉药物神经毒性保护机制研究

摘要 临床相关资料证实麻醉药物对人体中枢神经具有麻醉作用,但同时麻醉药物的应用也会诱发神经元的变性凋亡、突触功能和结构的异常、神经突触生长及生长定向障碍,对少突胶质细胞具有致凋亡的作用,这些神经毒性的存在可能会对患者的长期行为学造成改变,以至于影响了身体健康情况.近些年,在国内外的研究中均发现,右美托咪定具有神经保护作用,本文就右美托咪定在对抗麻醉药物神经毒性方面进行综述,分析其对神经保护作用和机制.
