二甲基甲酰胺中毒导致急性肝损害的中西医结合治疗探索

Exploration of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute liver injury caused by dimethylformamide poisoning

目的:探讨二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)导致急性肝损害的中西医结合临床治疗.方法:收治二甲基甲酰胺中毒导致急性肝损害患者108例,予以中西医结合治疗,观察效果.结果:痊愈106例(97.2%),死亡3例(2.7%),3例均死亡于肝昏迷,合并消化道大出血1例.结论:中西医结合治疗取得较好疗效.

Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of acute hepatic injury caused by dimethylformamide(DMF)with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods:108 patients with acute hepatic injury caused by dimethylformamide poisoning were selected,they were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,we observed the effect.Results:108 cases were cured in 106 cases,accounting for 97.2%,death in 3 cases,accounting for 2.7%,3 cases were all dead in liver coma,1 case with massive hemorrhage of digestive tract.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has good curative effect.
