CPE/PVC/BR钢结构防火卷材制备与性能

摘要 以氯化聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、顺丁橡胶为基料,聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇为膨胀阻燃体系,制备了CPE/PVC/BR钢结构防火卷材,通过氧指数、垂直燃烧、热重分析以及自制模拟大板法试验装置对其防火性能和耐火性能进行了研究。结果表明:当防火卷材中APP、MEL、PER的比例为5:2:2、基料与阻燃体系的配比为1:1时,防火性能和耐火性能好,其氧指数为32.2%,垂直燃烧性能达到FV-0级,水平燃烧性能为FH-1,防火卷材的耐火极限可达52.5 min。 Fire-resistant CPE/PVC/BR steel coil was prepared with chlorinated polyethylene,polyvinyl chloride,but ylene butadiene rubber as the base material,ammonium polyphosphate,melamine,pentaerythritol as the expan-sion flame retardant system.With the use of the oxygen index,vertical combustion,thermogravimetric analysis and the self-made apparatus simulating large plate method,this research studied the fire performance and fire resistance of the coil.The results show that when the proportion of APP,MEL and PER in the fire-resistant coil was 5:2:2 and the ratio of the base material to the fire retardant system was 1:1,its fire resistance performs well,with which the oxygen index was 32.2%,the vertical combustion performance reached FV-0 level,the horizontal combustion per-formance was FH-1,and the fire resistance limit of the fire resistant coil could reach 52.5 min.
