摘要 近年来,受极端天气影响,由暴雨导致的山体滑坡、泥石流、堰塞湖等自然灾害日趋增多。营救溺水者、转移急流孤岛被困人员等急流水域救援任务成为摆在消防救援队伍面前的重要问题。针对情况复杂多变、危险程度高、救援时间紧迫等急流水域救援事故特点,依据消防救援人员所处位置,将此类事故救援分为岸上、舟艇、入水救援三种形式,提出多种救援方法,并对其进行优化比较,以期为急流水域事故应急救援提供科学的参考。 In recent years,under the influence of extreme weather,the number of natural disasters such as land-slides,mudslides and quake lakes caused by rainstorms have been increasing.The rescue of drowning people and the rescue of those stranded on isolated islands in rapids have become important issues facing the fire and rescue teams.In view of the characteristics of the rescue operations in such incidents,such as complicated situation,high degree of risk,time-critical nature of the rescue,this paper sorts the water rescue operations into three categories in accordance with the location of the rescue personnel,namely on-shore rescue,on-boat rescue and underwater res-cue,puts forward a variety of rescue methods which will be optimized and selected later,so as to provide scientific reference for the rescue of accidents in rapids.
