高层住宅建筑消防安全管理探析

Discussion on Fire Safety Management of High-rise Residential Buildings

高层建筑火灾扑救是一项世界性难题,所以做好高层建筑火灾预防格外重要。在全面分析高层住宅建筑火灾危险性的基础上,依据我国现行消防法律法规和技术规范,分析了高层住宅建筑的消防安全主体责任,并提出了加强消防安全管理的具体措施。这对于预防高层住宅建筑火灾,减少火灾危害,保障人民生命财产安全具有现实意义。

Firefighting in high-rise buildings is a worldwide problem,so it is particularly important to do a good job in fire prevention.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the fire risk of high-rise residential buildings,this paper analyses the main responsibility of fire safety of high-rise residential buildings according to the current fire laws,reg-ulations and technical specifications in China,and puts forward specific measures to strengthen fire safety manage-ment.This is of great significance for preventing fire in high-rise residential buildings,reducing fire hazards and en-suring the safety of people’s lives and property.
