中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国社会主要矛盾转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要与不平衡不充分发展之间的矛盾。正确认识和处理新时代社会主要矛盾需基于毛泽东的矛盾论,把握社会主要矛盾的主要方面与非主要方面的区别,把握矛盾的同一性和斗争性,从而认识到新时代社会主要矛盾的主要方面是不平衡不充分发展。解决制约人民日益增长的美好生活需要的不平衡不充分发展问题应依靠创新驱动发展战略,而当前的第四次工业革命为我国实施创新驱动发展战略提供了难得的历史机遇。美国政府挑起贸易战的目的是遏制中国的创新发展,从而使中美经贸矛盾具有二重性质。中国目前拥有世界最完备的工业体系,工业产值超过美国、日本和德国三国的总和。这是中国经济社会稳定发展的基石,是任何外部冲击都无法撼动的。新时代社会主要矛盾的变化是“关系全局的历史性变化”,解决新时代社会主要矛盾之日,就是中国由制造大国转变为制造强国之时,也就是实现中华民族伟大复兴之时。
