长春市装配式建筑产业发展问题与对策研究

Research On The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Prefabricated Construction in Changchun

装配式建筑作为一种新型建筑模式,已引起行业内的广泛关注。长春市自2016年首次引入装配式建筑,至今已取得了一系列的进展。本文从发展现状、示范项目、存在的问题及分析和对策研究等方面,对长春市的装配式建筑产业进行了详细的综述,为促进长春市装配式建筑产业健康发展提供参考。

Prefabricated construction,as a new model of building,has attracted wide attention in construction industry.The Changchun City has gained a series of development since the introduction of prefabricated construction at the year of 2016.This paper reviewed the industry of the prefabricated construction in Changchun City in detail from the perspectives of current situation,demonstration project,existing problems,the corresponding analysis and strategy research,which can provide a refenence for the development of the assembly building.
