基于案例推理的燃气突发事件应急决策方法研究

Research on gas burst accident emergency method based on case-based reasoning

为提高燃气突发事件应急处置能力,提出基于案例推理技术的燃气突发事件应急决策方法。首先,在分析燃气突发事件应急决策关键因素的基础上,提取案例特征属性,应用框架表示法进行案例表示;其次,通过层次分析法,局部相似度计算模型、结构相似度计算模型以及全局相似度计算模型等建立基于案例推理的燃气突发事件应急决策方法;最后,通过源案例和目标案例进行分析,并开发图形化信息系统,便于计算和决策。结果证明所提方法在燃气突发事件应急辅助决策应用方面具有实际意义。

In order to improve the disposal capacity of gas emergencies,the burst accident decision-making method for gas emergency based on case-based reasoning is proposed.On the basis of analyzing the key factors of gas emergency decision-making,the characteristic attributes of cases are extracted.The frame representation method for case representation is adopted.And then the gas emergency decision-making method based on case-based reasoning method is established by means of the analytic hierarchy process,local similarity calculation model,structural similarity calculation model and global similarity calculation model.Finally,the actual cases are analyzed by selecting source cases and target cases,and the graphical information system is developed to facilitate calculation and decision-making.The results show that the method has practical significance in the application of gas emergency assistance decision-making.
