摘要
针对含风电的互联电力系统运用粒子群优化的滑模变控制(PSOSMC)算法进行负荷频率控制,风力发电作为负的负荷与常规火电机组和水电机组都参与到负荷频率控制中。PSOSMC控制火电和水电状态变量,维持各项参数的稳定。对常规粒子群算法进行改进,并用改进的粒子群算法优化滑模变结构控制算法中不确定参数的设计。同时,考虑电力系统的非线性问题,以四区域互联电力系统为例,在系统存在阶跃负荷扰动的情况下,验证了滑模变结构方法和改进的粒子群算法的有效性。
A particle swarm optimization sliding mode control(PSOSMC)algorithm was used to control the load frequency of interconnected power systems with wind power.Wind power generation taken as a negative load,and the conventional thermal power unit and hydropower unit are all involved in the load frequency control.PSOSMC is used to control the state variables of thermal power and hydroelectric power,and maintains the stability of various parameters.The conventional particle swarm algorithm is improved.The improved particle swarm optimization is used to optimize the design of uncertain parameters in sliding mode variable structure control algorithm.The non-linear phenomenon of the power system is considered.Taking the four-region interconnected power system as an example,the effectiveness of the sliding mode variable structure method and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is verified under the condition that the system has step load disturbance.
